Animatic for Tally Hall – Turn The Lights Off

axa personal loans

I thought it might be fun to publish the animatic I made before creating Tally Hall’s video for “Turn The Lights Off”. This was helpful for planning and for making sure the band was happy with the concept. Plus now you can see all the corners I ended up cutting!

Tally Hall – Turn The Lights Off

I’ve wanted to make an animated video for this song for a long time, and I got the opportunity to make it mine back in August. I finally finished it about a week ago, just in time for Halloween.

If you haven’t heard Tally Hall yet, check them out.

Thanks to Sean Donnelly, from Awesome & Modest, who helped with the final file conversion, added some glow and depth to the video, and taught me some things about After Effects in the process. Sean did Tally Hall’s Ruler Of Everything video.
